In accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law"), we provide you with this Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

1. Identity and address of the data controller

Florecer y Gozar, a trade name of Cynthia Flores González (the "Controller"), with address at Alas Cimas 329, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Personal data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, phone, email, country and city of residence.
• Related to the service: information you share about your personal goals, interests and progress in sessions or workshops.
• Billing: tax and payment data needed to issue invoices.

Sensitive personal data

During our work together you may share information about your emotional state or health. Such data will be processed with enhanced security, under strict confidentiality and only with your express consent. Our personal development services do not replace professional medical or psychological care.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes

• Responding to your requests and scheduling sessions.
• Providing the coaching, programs, workshops and events you engage.
• Following up on your process and communicating with you.
• Invoicing and collecting payments.
• Complying with legal obligations.

Secondary purposes

• Sending you content, event invitations and news.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, let us know at any time. Your refusal will not affect the services you engage.

4. Transfers

We do not sell or assign your personal data. It may only be shared with competent authorities when required by law, or with providers that help us operate (such as video call or payment platforms), who are bound by confidentiality.

5. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data. Send your request to contacto@florecerygozar.com with your name, a means to reply, an ID and a description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days and, if granted, it will take effect within the following 15 business days.

6. Revocation of consent and limitation of use

You may revoke your consent or limit the use of your data through the same procedure. In Mexico you may also register with Profeco's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP).

7. Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies and storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies. The contact form sends your message through WhatsApp and is not stored on this site.

8. Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page with the update date. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the data protection authority established by the Law in force in Mexico.
